When buying a house, does the seller have to disclose if there is a sex offender in the neighborhood?

I didn't know that there were 2 sex offenders in my neighborhood until I had already moved in. The park owner and the seller neglected to tell me. I don't have children of my own, but I have a goddaughter and friends with children. I am a 19 year old female and I don't feel safe living around perverted men or bringing my friends around. Is there any legal action I can take against them?
The seller probably knew, because our neighbors talk alot about it to each other. The park owner also probably knew because they do background checks. I think it's wrong that nobody told me before I moved in here.

No, if the seller wasnt aware! If the seller was maybe but u need proof that the seller was aware before u bought the house!

A distance of about 18 inches! I have never been this close to an alligator. And this was in the wild in the Everglades, it wasn't at a "ranger show" or a zoo. If he wanted to take my camera (or arm) there would have been nothing to stop him. It was creepy. Every alligator or crocodile attack I've ever seen on film flashed through my mind.

American Alligator (Alligator mississippiensis)

Alligators have been on Earth for about 200 million years. They are often referred to as "Living Fossils."

They live to about 50 years old. An alligator named Muja has resided in the Belgrade Zoo in Serbia since 1937, making it at least 73 years old.

Alligators are only native to the United States and China. The Chinese species is Alligator sinensis.

Southern Florida is the only place where both alligators and crocodiles live side by side.

Alligators have an average of 75 teeth. Strange. I don't know why it's an odd number.

The sex of the offspring is determined by the temperature in the nest and is fixed within 7 to 21 days of the start of incubation. Incubation temperatures of 86°F (30°C) or lower produce a clutch of females; those of 93°F (34°C) or higher produce entirely males.

Alligators are raised commercially for their meat and skins. I ate some alligator meat about a week ago and, surprise, it doesn't taste like chicken.

Alligators are the only non-avian species shown to have one-way breathing, although presumably similar measurements for other crocodilians (not yet done) would show unidirectional air flow in them as well. All other non-avian amnionts have dead-end breathing. In dead-end breathing the air flows into the lungs through branching bronchi which terminate in small dead-end chambers called alveoli. The air moves in both directions through the bronchi. In alligators the air makes a circuit through the lungs moving in only one direction through the bronchi. The air first enters the outer branch moves through the lungs in small tubes called parabronchi and exits the lung through the inner branch. The parabronchi are where the oxygen exchange takes place.

Alligators generally do not attack humans. The "alligator attacks" in the news are almost always caused by stupidity on the part of the human.

I think the question should be how about ppls opinions on interracial relationships..i dont have a rpoblem with it as i would be looking for a geunine man to love me and i would not care about race...it may be his family who care about how that affects him...if you marry someone and you love them dont you want to have frequent sex with them?
