Honestly, does a vaginal birth change your sex life as far as feeling?

I, naturally, want a vaginal delivery. My fiance, who also has 2 children with another woman, wants me to get a c-section.
He says it stretches "you know what" out. Both ways are pretty scary, as first time mom. I definately dont want to pick her birthday, but I don't kow what to do. I've always wanted to avoid a c-section at all costs, but I don't want our sex life to change. Honest oppinions please.

If he is worried more about your sex life than the health of you and your baby at birth, there is something wrong with that....

A C-section is a surgery....only done when absolutely necessary. Vaginal birth is natural, and your vagina is very elastic, it is made to stretch. But it will go back....
