Women, Sexual, another, equal, both, Always, desires

why always men pay for sex (one way or another) when both men and women have equal sexual desires?

i mean men and women are both wired to love sex, though men seem the only ones expressing it openly and provide the resources for achieving it.

So are women sex neutral or just too proud to admit it?
when do they dress up, do they make it for the sex? or just for attention?
